Allow users to specify data folder and load data from it

I have more reasons for this suggestion. Currently, my machine uses one storage bay that is an SSD and one that is not. It would be useful to move my data to the SSD to have SQX read from there to get faster reads/writes. 


Also regarding Eastpeaces point on reinstallation. I would much rather not have to keep redownload and reimport all my data whenever I need to reinstall SQ. It would be much easier to load data from an external disk after installing SQ.

If you want to share data only you only need to share \user\data folder.
