Builder does not utilise all cpu cores

My pcs that two Intel Xeon CPU’s, builder only utilises one of the sockets on the motherboard meaning half of the cpu cores are not being utilised.

I have tried this in release and beta versions, same behaviour.

This is known and discussed in many threads. It is not a bug it is a design of system. Dev team are working on it. You have to run either 2 sessions and set affinity to each session or turn of hyper threading in Bios which will give you 40 cores in stead of 80 threads . The problem is not 2 cpu the problem is that windows creates a new group if threads are above 64.
