[128]It's still happen blackscreen(I find the cause reason)

Dear SQ team

I try to fixed this issue by my self even I reinstall my os to the newest win10(2004)
It's still happen black screen and SQ stop build process when balckscreen happen.
attachments  are log, graphic and my pc.


I try to analysis log file, I find that it always happen blackscreen when I use the RDP to connect.
When I connect with RDP, blackscreen UI crash time stamp always show the time before I connect well a few minute ago.

But it very strange with it will not happen at the beginning of SQX start.
It's always happen after SQX start running a few hours later.

I use SQ 4.129 rc3

I use rdp too. Most time I get a black screen after running some hours of SQ. 


The problem is not solved

It happens with the standart workflow "GBP H1 Simple" too.


You have to add Go To Task (for an endless loop)

I attached workflow.


Run this over night and login by remote desktop.

I have a Ryzen 8/16

If I limit the processor cores to 14 I don´t have the problem.

The system runs over night without a problem.

For me the workaround is to leave the SQX window maximized when exiting the RDP session...I always close the RDP session with the SQX window maximized and the application in the foreground. Never get a black screen if I do this. I only ever get the black screen these days if I accidentally leave the application minimized to the tray for a long time. Can't explain it, but works for me.

We will recommend to other users to leave SQX maximized when exiting the RDP session.
