B129 RC1 Accepted Strategies, saved to HDD, not showing in databank

I have an issue where strategies have been accepted in a project builder task and the files are on the hard drive but they are not being displayed in the databank (image attached).

sometimes happened to me also - after click the button "manul refresh" the strategies will be in the databank - this works for me
