129 Final - Custom Projects Not Deleting

I started working with Custom Projects and upon restarting SQX, the example ones I had deleted have repopulated with my new projects. I don't think they are deleted in memory when they are supposed to be. This may be related to how strategies were not being deleted properly as well from databanks.
