CPU Core usage is ignored
No matter how low you set cpu core usage still SQ uses 100%

how many cores do you have?
It works but if your CPU has only a few cores then it is possible that SQ will use all the power despite the settings.

new config settings are activated in runtime SQ, without need for a full reload

it would be very difficult. thread pool cannot be resized once it is created,, and I doubt there is a big need to modify this very often.
