B129: Low CPU usage running project optimization tasks

I have an issue where SQ is hardly using any CPU power to run a project optimization tasks. This is very disappointing and slows down my workflow immensely! Please fix!!

I've also tried a fresh install of B129 Final and it still has the low CPU usage issue. I've rolled back to RC1 for now until this is fixed.

Status changed from New to Fixed

We found one problem in Optimization engine that probably cased this, it should be fixed now. Please check it when development build of new version 130 will be released (most probably on 9/11/2020).
