Ability to set Hidden SL/TP/TS/BE rather then standard built in ones

A simple added flag to hide SL/TP/TS/BE making it virtual so to speak and hidden from broker account while retaining all the functionality.

TS and BE - there is nothing to be hidden - hidden could be only SL and TP lines if the are used in the strats

but using hidden SL TP lines could be very risky, because if your platform are not running, you will be uncovered

we will not do hidden SL/PT, if you think your broker is hunting for you SL you shoulc change broker. Normal brokers don't do that.
