StrategyQuant doesn't load GUI 129

I downloaded version 129.  When I went to execute it, it loads plugins, etc.  When it gets to GUI, it loads for about 4 minutes, then gives error:  
"StrategyQuant X couldn't load correctly.  We did some cleanup, it should work now."

When I click Okay, it continues Loading GUI indefinitely.  When I exit and try again, the same thing happens.  

I did uninstall previous versions, then reinstalled update, but the same thing happened.
Also turned computer off then on, same thing.

Here's the log file.  Running Windows 7 with i7 processor.

Please help me to get going again.
