[Build 130] Add stop-loss & profit-target step setting

I don't see any need to have this configurable, it will just make UI more complex

step 1 will lead to a worse state - more same strats and more combinations to try, its better to leave it or add it

this is not a solution...for every other params, there is step configurable, but for those most used not...

In generation the granularity of steps in a range has no effect on generation speed. I understand the problem if granularity is big - that's why I set step to 1, but I don't see the need to have this configurable.

second reason - why to train something on which doesnt make sense - for example GOLD market, where my SL range is for example from 1000-3000 pips - so is really logic to use step 5, or worse 1? the same for indices
