Builder trade opening/closing times

Is it possible to have to types of time ranges one for opening the trades and one for closing?

The reason I ask is because, let's say market trades from 8:00 to 16:00. I would like to open trades between 8:00 to 15:00. But closing can happen from 8:00 to 15:55. We do not want to open new trades in the last hour or last few minutes - else it will be waste of trade with spread/commission costs.
