jForex Engine and MT4 engine Results match in SQX, but in jForex twice as many positions are opened

Trades and equity curve match in SQX when retested using the MT4 engine and jForex engine.

Equity curve and number of trades don't match when back tested in jForex (almost twice as many positions are opened).

Done some more testing...this 'double trades' bug happens to around 25% of strategies.
