Strategy loading - LOW CPU USAGE

Hello

If I load strategies, it is slow. Not every thread will be used.
(But the CPU usage in the Retester is now better, thank you for the efforts!)

strategies are loaded sequentionally, not in parallel. There is soem room for improvement, but it is a feature request, not a bug.
