WF optimization stops entirely, when one strategy is found that has no parameters to optimize
It seems, that the WF optimization project stops entirely as soon as one strategy is found with no optimization parameters. All other strategies that follow this strategy are not optimized then, because the project was stopped.
I did not include the builder config or strategy here, since this is not specific to any strategy or builder configuration.
