Trading option - Public Holiday

Can you make public holiday trading option, where

- Friday exit option will exit on Thursday if Friday is holiday

Also, add few things as permanent holidays with above logic
- Christmas 25 January
- Boxing 26 December
- New Years 1st Jan
- Easter Friday
- Easter Monday

If any falls on weekends, the dates should be date to next working date like 2020 where Boxing is on 28 Dec.
