[Build 131] Sqx not using cpu to fullest potential

Hi! For whatever reason, sqx has dropped cpu usage to around 50% when building strategies. Up until a couple of hours ago, my cpu was runnig at 100% during the process. At some point, I stopped the I stopped the builder to run a quick retest of the strategies before moving them to the existing portfolio (in order to filter out some strategies that had more than 50% correlation to the ones in the existing portfolio). After that, when I started the building process again, the strategies generated where around half of what it was before that. I rebooted my pc but the problem persists. I ran a stress test to my cpu to see if there was some hardware issue, but the test turned out ok. I then reinstalled sqx, but the problem persists.
