Numbers are strings inside excel exports of databank

All numbers are strings inside excel exports of databank and must be fixed column by column after exporting in order to do any work with the numbers. (Even with commas in numbers turned off)

As a side note: exporting as a csv is not good workaround for English version of excel because excel expects commas instead of semi-colons for the separator. It might be nice if comma could be used instead of semi-colons for the csv export.

Best workaround for English excel I could find is to export as csv file and change the .csv filename to a .txt file then open with excel to trigger the import options and select the semi colon as the delimiter.
