Really fast simple fix - Martingale multiplier <1

I want to use the Martingale money management to significantly reduce the trade size when there is a loss, as it shows that the conditions arent favourable for the EA at that time. 



This should be really simple to do by using money multiplier < 1, but the system doesn't allow it. Please implement this really simple fix by changing the range of values allowed.
