B130: Filter task DELETES strategies in target databank!!

When using a filtering task, strategies are deleted in the target databank :(



I've lost A LOT of strategies because of this!

duplicate already fixed:

There is a temporary solution, as explained there, you can use the functions from b129 and copy them in to 130.
