Random Groups block creation functionality buggy / lacking

It would be great if we could get the RHS panel where the random blocks are configured working well. Some immediate issues that come to mind:


- Reordering doesn't work (drag and drop)
- Right click context menu only has "paste"  - in other block config interfaces you have a wealth of options 
- "Random" placeholder text doesn't describe the parameters like it does on other block configs
- Can the LHS and RHS panels resize with the screen height-wise?
