Add ability to loop in AlgoWizard's Action "rule"

Would be helpful with the AlgoWizard if we could create a sequence of actions that could be looped. Perhaps a "Go to action" action, that incorporates a condition.

Also, consider merging the "If Then" and "If Then Else" rules just all into an "Actions" rule, and just letting the user configure them there. Would be cool if there were no limit to the number of If/Then's that were possible.

Between this and the looping, the AlgoWizard would become much more programmable in nature.
