Add "Assign Signal" as new possible action for AlgoWizard

Presently you have the "Assign Variable" possible action for the AlgoWizard. It would be convenient to be able to assign Boolean variables using the same interface as is presently used in the Signals category. I figure this can be accomplished with simply a "Assign Signal" type Action.
