building from initial population is repeating redundant tests

When "initial population generation" is set to on and "start again when finished" is also on, each new evolution restart runs a new test on all the initial population strategies again. I understand the first time to check auto filters and get fitness but then they should stay in memory and not need to be tested again for as long as the evolution keeps repeating with the same initial population.
