Commision cannot be set to a negative value

The minimum commision is 0.Some exchanges not only don't charge the professional high-frequency traders, but also have certain rewards, which makes the actual commission negative. At present, the commision can only be set to 0 on sqx, and then calculated manually. It is suggested to allow the commision to be negative.
