It jumps from 8 to 13 back to 8 but I don't see that in other sources in 2007.

I have checked the symbol. This spike: from 8 to 13 and back are in original data from dukascopy. I'm attaching csv file from the reported time period, directly donwloaded from dukascopy web https://www.dukascopy.com/swiss/cz/marketwatch/historical/
you can see the the same spike. In this case we can't do anything with it. Sorry.

Because we can't. Dukascopy server offers some history data. SQ application is able to download them (directly from dukascopy server - slower), or from our CDN server (with higher speed).
Every night we are taking the new data from dukascopy server, encode them to our format a upload them to our CDN server. We just offer dukascopy data with higher speed for download. We can't modify them or do some data correction.

Once the data is on your CDN server, then surely it's in your own database. Why would you not be able to correct data in your own database??
