Mass load/apply config to multiple tasks in custom project

There will be a new functionality that will allow applying existing config to multiple tasks of the project, and it will be available in menu or as a new custom task.
This will enable functionality similar to parent-child task, an dpossibility to change configs automatically.


TODO:
1. new custom task with config see in screenshot. It will allow loading config from file or from another existing task and apply it to other task(s) in the project.
There will be a specification of which parts of the config should be applied, see Granularity below


2. the same functionality will be abailable also in every task menu as a new menu item "Mass apply config of this task". Selecting this menu will open a dialog with the same configuration (except choosing the source) as in the custom task from 1.


3. new icon will be added to custom project with the same functionality. Upon click it will display the same dialog as in 2., but with also specification of the source.
