[B131 Dev2] "Laguerre RSI" is limited to a maximum gamma of 0.95

The new "Laguerre RSI" indicator is limited to a maximum of gamma value of 0.95 in the Predefined Signals block, while it is limited to 1.0 in the Indicators block. Values of up to 0.99 work just fine for it, so please raise the limit to 0.99 for that block too.
