AlgoWizard - Strategy name no longer saved in source code output (MT4 or Pseudo-code) - "unnamed EA"

In AlgoWizard, the current strategy name is no longer being saved with the MQ4 code.

As a result, in MetaTrader4, under Expert Properties - Inputs, the first line (Custom Comment) says "unnamed", when it used to display the strategy name.
