Max tests = 100 so I guess it is same as this issue here:

Using only 100 steps is a bad practice anyway, you should use at least 1000-5000 steps, otherwise the optimization will be quite radom if you have more than a few params.

if you're seeing max tests = 100 when you load the config something else is wrong. Either you loaded into an earlier version of SQ or there is another bug.

oops sorry you're right I misread the xml, I got a little cavalier and looked at the xml instead of loading it in to sqx!

haha I dunno I guess you're the lead now.

what kind of startegies (symbol & tf) are you tetsing?


I tried it with my EURUSD/H1 strategies and CPU works almost on 100%.


Please attach at least one of your strategies, for example 1.44.106 from your screenshot.

Sorry I didn't realise you were waiting for info. I'm not sure which project this is as I've moved on from this build, but I still have the same issue and have attached the new project, strategies I'm testing and a screenshot.
