Low CPU usage at strategy loading

I encountered a problem: the loading of the strategies is very slow, I have low CPU usage.

saving as well is very slow. Can go look at a movie wile saving.

this is more a feature request, not a bug. But there's not much to improve, I profiled it and the majority of the time is spent on loading/saving data from disc.

One possibility is to make loading/saving parallel, it is now sequentional, but it is a feature request, and a low priority.
