It has been reported as fixed and I have noticed an improvement, however I am still quite frequent random freezes. It usually occurs when either a build operation or custom project task is stopped and restarted. It doesn't occur every time but for example after stopping a task and making some changes it will occur after restarting the build task or custom project task.
When it occurs it appears that the build task or custom project task has commenced and you can still navigate around the GUI but in actual fact the build task is not processing and has frozen. I then can not close the software normally and have to Force Quit.
I have attached the recent log file although I'm not sure if it captured the event.
So build 131 is not going to be usable for me due to excessive freezing?
You can try with the final release. Some modifications have been made, but it is hard to deal with such problems.
I might have one suggestion - Can you try to enable remote access and try to use SQ from your web browser?
It could help to intentify the problem. The remote access menu is accessible through the main settings (cog wheel icon in top right corner).
If it will work fine using your web browser locally, then it has probably something to do with Java or embeded chromium browser.
It we don't identify the problem, we can then arrange a session, that would be helpful.
But I have to restart the application.

I was trying to simulate the issue again. I started two custom projects plus let download two dukascopy symbols.
Meanwhile I was working with SQX, retesting strategies, loading files, sorting in Data Manager, testing in AlgoWizard.
Event tried to let it run minimized and maximized, but SQX was still stable. I just can't get into trouble with it.
Could you send a zip file containing your SQX app to support? I will try to check your settings etc and run it on my macs.
If I won't identify the problem, we can arrange a session on your computer this week.

I'm surprised you can't replicate this, it happens on both my Macs as Ive already said, and other users are having the same issue on the Discord channel.

I have noticed that this happens with the most frequency when I open and scan through equity curves from a set of Additional Market robustness tests that have say 4 or 5 additional market equity curves on the chart at the same time.
After opening 5 or 6 of these strategies equity curves I get the rotating wheel in the middle of the screen which requires a force quit.
