B131 Dev4: Strategy Quant does not remember skin setting

As you can see in image attached, "Dark Skin" is checked, but skin is not dark.

This happens sometimes when Strategy Quant is opened. This is also a fresh install.

I can solve the issue by unchecking and rechecking "Dark Skin"
