Prefix and suffix for saving strategy

There is the option to set prefix and suffix only when saving in batches for now.

But when a single strategy is saved, it's still the early unfriendly way, whether it's saved as sqx format or TS/MC format.

In addition, since Multicharts and Tradestation are different engines, and the source code format is not exactly the same, it is recommended to completely separate them in the save menu, so that it will look clearer.
