It could be related to a different bug that was fixed where SQ didn't properly recognize the number of cores on your PC.
Build 132 will be available for testing next week, I believe it would work correctly there.
I'm going to refuse this task, you can reopen it if you'll experience it also in 132.

There is still problem. I did some investigation. All Retest methods are problem. Manipulation works OK. MC retest methods are not stable. Look for project time. The same settings, the same strategy after many try processing is different. Additionality many try in 132dev1 affects somehow 131dev1 and it begins to work very slow ~10%CPU. After PC reset everything comes back to normal. 132dev1 is not using all possiible threads for mc retest. 131dev1 is a key. I tried to copy CrossCheckMonteCarloRetest.jar from 131dev1 but it doesn't start. Now I'm using 131dev1 with copied new indicators and few other things from 132. I'm not sure but if i good remember i had tihs issue in the past and it was solved (i didn't report it). I did some programing long time ago, maybe i'm guessing but if strange issue happening which affect even outside objects means some data or parameters are common for outside/other processes which works parallel and it is hard to control it or simulate how they works and changing.
What need to happen to run only 2 strategies at once?

From the videos I see that you test only one strategy at a time - see the screenshot with configuration about that.
If you installed SQ to different folders it is not possible for them to influence each other, each runs in a completely separated process.
