B131 and prior: Project run error - no output databank when there is one

This has been an issue for MANY builds now.

When I change screens to another project and then change back or I restart SQX this ALWAYS happens! I have to put the databank back in that is ALREADY there!

I have solved this issue in projects by using a "Dummy" task and "dummy" databank that has no strategies to run and this is a workaround that always works. Image also attached.
