Start of build 131 fails with error 87 (but not on every machine)

Hi,

start of build 131 fails with error 87 (but only on one of my machines), please see attachment.

This also occures (on that definite machine) if I copy a working installation from another machine.

It looks that the problem is related to graphic card driver.

Do you have AMD graphic card ?

Please upgrade the driver to the latest version or try some of the tips bellow
