"Build strategy" ->Improve not stopping

In custom project, the task that attempts to improve the strategies does not stop on a manual stop when pressing the "stop" button.

1. The log is not moving. Green "Start" button is offered, which suggests that the process has stopped.
2. The task progress bar is moving left and right and cutting a strat is not allowed, which suggests that the process is still running.
3. However, one can clone the task to produce another task below it.




Please fix.
