[131.658] - Builder/ Retester/ Optimizer - no checking of existing files

With <Save> there is no check (dialog: Save or replace) for strategies that have already been saved (file with the same name).

1) With <Save>, the file numbering is carried out for duplicate names
2) With <Replace> already existing files are overwritten

once the strategy was saved with dot in the name 131.658, second one without the dot

2) With <Replace> already existing files are overwritten

there is a Confirmation dialog
