Optimizer optimize unselected categories

SQ optimizer/WFM optimize all categories (like a constants and parameters in main conditions) instead of choosen one - only exit parameters.

Not sure if it supposed to be fixed as I reported it 17 months before, but that behavior is still wrong. I tried again on random strategie and it's the same issue.
Strategy and cfg attached.
