[Build 135] B133 STRATS DOESN'T LOAD ON MT4

Any strat saved on B133 doesn't load on MT4, but B132 does:

icon from your strategy is greyed in MT platform - so its not compiled to EX4

Yup, I don't why it happens on saved 133 strats.
