[132,133] Sometimes happen UI bug

Dear SQ team

I find an issue with UI and I only can try to fix it by manual restart SQX again and again.(it can't be fixed by restart every time)
It will happen blank page only in Ranking tab often.

I have the same issue as well when I clone a task Build,.

I have to go in ranking tab to select manually the strategy ranking fitness
