MT4 log errors

This account is IG in the US, so it does have FIFO rules.
However, I am only placing 1 trade at a time per chart, so it shouldn't be a problem.
These are all fully auto generated so it's all default code.
I have included about 7 days of log files and one of the strategies in SQX format to help if needed.
Please let me know if you need any more information to help figure out what the issue is.

The user probably does not have unique magic numbers for strategies.
Multiple strategies are trying to close the order with the same ticket
