Retest without Multithreading from time to time

This is solved, I restarted my workstation and SQX, and it is retesting strategies in multithreading mode without any problem :

the post was :

"I build strategies with a robustness test WF, I can see the CPU of the computer working at 100 % . I can find 200 strategies in 15 minutes

If I  Retest doing the same test, the CPU of computer is using only 3 % . It takes a very long time to retest only 200 strategies. After 1 hour the retest is not finished

Subject changed from Retest Without Multithreading ? to Retest without Multithreading from time to time

Type changed from Feature to Bug

As I build strategies with a robustness test WF, I can see the CPU of the computer working at 100 % on every thread . I can find 200 strategies in 15 minutes

If I  Retest doing the same test, SQX is using only one thread . It takes a very long time to retest only 200 strategies.

I was thinking it was solved by restarting the workstation or SQX,

It works, however sometime when I Retest of the strategies, SQX do the Retest on the first strategy in multithreading, and continue the rest on one thread only.

After several tests, I modified the configuration of SQX :

As I have 32 cores with 64 threads, I selected "Custom number of cores" = 50 , instead of 64 .

With this SQX setup, the computer is running at 92% max instead of 100%, and it looks like I no longer have this problem.

yes, the problem was that SQX was under too much load, decreasing the number of cores helps
