[B135] Indicator Calibration Step Size is 0

If using the Indicator Calibration and using a high step size, the "Step" value comes out at 0 very often. There should be a minimum, automatically enforced value for such cases. Especially if the Automatic Indicator Calibration before the building is used (without any manual review), this can otherwise go unnoticed and make several indicators useless as they never change their value because of the 0 step size.
