[B135] File Open/Save Dialog fails with java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException if using Java 17

Hello,

if using a Java version 17 (or higher), no file open/save dialog works. It always brings up the error "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException". It works without problems if using Java 11 or 15.

Please fix, as Java 17 brings some nice performance improvements and the rest of SQX works perfectly fine without errors using 17.

Thank you :-)
