WFM copying parameters BUG

Hi SQ team, 
in WFM when is used "Apply parameters to strategy" button after WFM is completed and suggesting parameters for next period are changed parameters in source code in chosen strategy (good), but even in other strategy in same databanks (bad), but even in strategy what is in another databank (WTF bad). What is going on there:
1/ In databank "WFM" we have a strategy with finished WFM. First 2 indicators in the original strategy have parameters 20, 20.
2/ I'm using filter task* for copying this strategy into databank "OOS". I'm doing it twice as I want have in "OOS" 2 copy of same strategy.
3/ Again I'm checking parameters in source code. All 3 strategies (1 original and 2 copied) has still 20, 20 parameters.
4/ I'm choosing second "(1)" copy of strategy in "OOS" databank, and changing there parameters on suggested future period according to the winning cluster 10 runs, 35 % OOS. You can see there parameters should change from 20, 20 to the 14, 16.
5/ Check parameters in changed strategy, and there are really changed parameters on 14, 16. OK
6/ But parameters 14,16 are suddenly changed in the another one strategy, and even in the original one in "WFM" databank. NOK

* bonus minor bug is possible to see in filter task, where is constantly missing bullet (o) in chosen "Passed" option. Filter remember last chosen option, just that marks disappearing.
