this is "normal", it means that the strategy produced by genetic evolution has incorrect output index. This strategy is then skipped, and this is only information message, it doesn't affect the results - incorrect strategies are simply not used.

We do have checks on many things when doing genetic crossover and mutation, but is is not possible to check for everything - or it would be too slow.
