SQX License : Would it be possible to have a "grace period" when we use SQX ?

1/   Would it be possible to have a "grace period" if  we use SQX ?


When we  lose internet connection , (sometime  hours or sometime 3 days when we loose our fiber connection) , would it be possible to have a grace period to 
start and run SQX without internet ?   


2/  Could SQX recheck the license server automatically without SQX being deactivated during this grace period ?
