Windows 11 CPU core utilisation is not applied after restart

When on Windows 10, this all works fine. However, on Windows 11, no matter how many cores you give StrategyQuant (custom number, all but 1 for UI, etc), SQ doesn't adhere to this instruction and flatlines all cores.

I have tested with numerous options. When allocating only half the cores, Resource Manager still shows 100% CPU usage across all cores. Mouse movements will then be erratic and jump across, exactly as you'd expect 100% cpu to be.

To add to this, even when using CPU affinity and give certain cores to SQ (say, we keep 5 cores for other use, and put 25 cores to SQ use), Resource Manager will show those 5 cores to not run at 100%, but whole system will still be sluggish, and mouse movement still erratic.

Stopping a build process will immediately return the system to normal.

Please download the latest build of SQX 136 and test it out.

We are not able to reproduce the bug without the project config + printscreens where we can see the problem on your side.

We all have Win11 and it works fine for us.

Is your CPU  AMD series ??

My computer is AMD + win10, and can run SQx smoothly.

After I update my OS to win11,  no matter what configuration setting, the CPU was always run with 100% with all core.

I had ever rollback OS to win10, It worked normal. and I update to win11 again, it suffer CPU 100% usage again.

I already test with another computer with AMD+win11, it suffer same issue.

Suggest it must something wrong when SQx ran at win11+AMD CPU

Mine is an AMD CPU, yes. However, I rolled back to win10, so I am no longer able to test this out, unfortunately.

Experience same problem. Upgraded to windows 11 and run SQ Pro Build 135.868. It will consume 99% of CPU regardless if trying to limit to fewer cores. Worked fine on Win10.  Also, if you try to turn on 'Use Memory Protection' it will stop despite only consuming 35% RAM and not 85%.

I experience same issue for building simple strategies (used MT4) or improving existing (used MT5). Screenshots attached.
