SQX v136 DEV1 - Split up commission and swap columns

With the new swap functionality, can you please split up the Comm\Swap column into seperate columns for Commission and Swap. It is difficult to match the numbers with the trading platform.

It is a real headache tracking down problems which could be either with the commission settings or with the swap settings or a possible bug. If we want to find as many bugs as we can in a short time then splitting these up would make it much easier. Having com and swap in the same column defeats the purpose of having multiple columns really.
